By asking for a demo, paying the deposit, or writing that you agree on WhatsApp, you accept these terms. Stellem sells a ready-made site hosted on its platform, not a custom project and not the source code.
We publish a site for the agreed trade (to start: restaurant, café, or barbershop) using our own template and your content. Turnaround is 48 business hours from the deposit and from having name, trade, WhatsApp, address, and enough photos. The site lives on Stellem's platform, on your domain. We don't hand over GitHub, Vercel, or theme source code.
The trade site, loading what you send, domain connection, one revision round at launch (copy, photos, hours, prices), and HTTPS.
Custom redesign, online store or payments, pro photography, long brand copy, opening Google or Instagram accounts, or premium / .pe domains without a quote first.
If you already have a domain, we only connect it. If not, we can buy and manage it; the registrar cost is confirmed with you beforehand. The domain belongs to the business and transfers if you leave. We cannot guarantee that a name is available or quote a universal rate because it depends on the extension and chosen name. We never buy the domain before the deposit.
Small changes go through WhatsApp (hours, prices, one dish or service, one photo, a short notice). The monthly plan covers those. Without it, each change is agreed separately. A small change can take up to 2 business days.
Site: 50% deposit and 50% when it goes live on your domain (or on a Stellem URL if DNS is delayed on your side). Domain: at cost, when bought or renewed. Month: prepaid, if you take it. The deposit is not refunded if we already built or published your demo and you walk away. The balance is not charged in that case.
The 48 hours don't run if photos, copy, payment, or DNS access are missing. If you take more than 15 days to send what's needed, we can pause and restart when it arrives.
You warrant you have rights to the photos, name, and copy. Stellem isn't liable for third-party trademarks, image rights, or false business info (prices, hours, allergens). You comply with rules in your trade.
Yours: trade name, photos, copy, menu, and, on the terms above, the domain. Stellem's: templates, theme design, code, and the platform. After you pay you have a license to use that template for your business while the site lives on Stellem. You can't resell the theme. We may show the work in the portfolio unless you ask in writing not to.
You can leave whenever you want. We hand over a pack of the copy and photos you uploaded. We don't hand over theme code or an identical copy on other hosting, unless we agree separately. The domain transfers if we manage it and registration isn't in arrears. We don't take the site down the same day you stop the monthly plan; we give notice and a reasonable window. After that, with no reply, we may take it down.
We aim to keep the site up (Vercel + domain). We don't promise 100% uptime. Registrar, Vercel, or WhatsApp outages aren't a breach by us. Content lives in our database; we don't promise a weekly downloadable backup unless agreed.
Stellem isn't liable for lost profits, missed bookings, or Instagram/Google outages. If liability applies, it is capped at what you paid for the site in the last 12 months, excluding third-party domains.
We may update this page. We'll tell you if a change is material for a site already live.
