By using the Stellem website and hiring our services, you accept the following terms and conditions.
Stellem offers web design, development, e-commerce, SEO, and maintenance services. Specific details of each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Projects require a 50% deposit to start, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Once full payment is complete, the client receives usage rights to the final product. Stellem reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Stellem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
